Crossley third sector clients benefit from the skills and expertise of a highly experienced team of third sector specialist accountants. Whereby all of our teams work exclusively on membership, association and Third Sector organisations.

HEAD OF CROSSLEY THIRD SECTOR

Graeme Copestake

Having over 20 years of experience in this sector, providing Finance Director Support to a range of membership, association and Third Sector clients. With a strong passion for empowering the next wave of leaders, Graeme is a training partner of the Institute of Association Leadership and contributor to the Institute of Leadership and Management accredited Future Leader training courses, and he has contributed to the weekly podcast Association Transformation.

Qualified as Chartered Accountant, Certified Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor, he continues to lead the Third Sector division with other significant leadership from Steve and Eleanor.

Due to our extensive experience of Board, committee, SMT and strategic experience, Graeme loves being a sounding board for all those ‘unique’ situations that arise; for some only when they are confronted with the problem, but for us often on a weekly basis.

THIRD SECTOR MANAGER

Steve Doughty

With over 15 years working in third sector; leading several Finance department teams and representing some household name charities and associations. During 2020 and 2021, Steve led all of our clients through the worst of times, negotiated new finance arrangements for some and used his expert knowledge of business continuity planning and strategic planning to re-shape budgets to adapt to the emerging crisis. As a qualified Certified Accountant and Third Sector specialist accountant, he is directly responsible for empowering our next level of team leaders in Crossley Third Sector.

No two client solutions are the same, Steve will spend time with each of our new clients to listen and find out how we can work together.

THIRD SECTOR MANAGER

Eleanor Sandy

Being AAT qualified with over 10 years’ experience in the sector; Eleanor is responsible for our planning, quality / checklist / systems, staff competencies development and deployment of new technologies.

Responsible for on-boarding all our new clients; answering questions about how we can work with you; Eleanor is our go-to problem solver!
